The pending status of your transfer means that it has been successfully received by our bank and is now going through our internal review process which can result in three scenarios:

In case everything is fine, the amount will be credited to your wallet.

We might need to request additional documents to verify your bank account and credit the funds to your wallet.

If the transfer is made from a joint bank account or 3rd party, it will be refunded back to the sender’s account and we will update its status on the Recent Activity tab as soon as this is processed on our side.
